ရန်ကုန်မြိုရှိ တီမောလက်စ်တေသံရုံးမှ သံရုံးယာယီတာဝန်ခံအနေဖြင့် ၂၀၂၃ ခုနှစ်၊ စက်တင်ဘာ လ ၁ ရက်နေ့မတိုင်မီ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံမှ ထွက်ခွာရန် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနမှ ၂၅−၈−၂၀၂၃ ရက်နေ့၌ သံတမန်စာဖြင့် အကြောင်းကြားခဲ့သည်၊၊
တီမောလက်စ်တေ အစိုးရအနေဖြင့် မြန်မာအစိုးရမှ တီမောလက်စ်တေအစိုးရအား ဆက်တိုက်ဆိုသလို သတိပေးပြောကြားမှုများ ပြုလုပ်လျက်ရှိသည့်ကြားမှ မြန်မာ−တီမော လက်စ်တေ နှစ်နိုင်ငံဆက်ဆံရေးကို ထိခိုက်စေမည့် လုပ်ရပ်ဖြစ်သည့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအတွင်း အကြမ်းဖက်မှုများအား အားပေးအားမြှောက်ပြုလျက် အကြမ်းဖက်မှုများ ကျူးလွန်ဆောင်ရွက် နေသည့် အကြမ်းဖက်အဖွဲ့အစည်းဖြစ်သည့် NUG နှင့် ထိတွေ့ဆက်ဆံမှုများပြုလုပ်ခဲ့သည်ကို ဤဝန်ကြီးဌာနမှ သိရှိရသည်၊၊
မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ အကြမ်းဖက်မှုတိုက်ဖျက်ရေး ဗဟိုကော်မတီမှ ပြည်ထောင်စုသမ္မတမြန်မာ နိုင်ငံတော်၊ အကြမ်းဖက်မှုတိုက်ဖျက်ရေး ဥပဒေအရ ပြည်ထောင်စုလွှတ်တော် ကိုယ်စားပြု ကော်မတီ (CRPH) ၊ အမျိုးသားညီညွတ်ရေးအစိုးရ (NUG) ၊ ပြည်သူ့ကာကွယ်ရေးအဖွဲ့ (PDF) နှင့် ယင်းတို့၏ လက်အောက်ခံအဖွဲ့အစည်းများအား အကြမ်းဖက်အုပ်စုများအဖြစ် ၂၀၂၁ ခုနှစ်၊ မေလ ၈ ရက်တွင် အမိန့်ကြော်ငြာစာအမှတ် ၂/၂၀၂၁ ဖြင့် တရားဝင်ထုတ်ပြန် ကြေညာခဲ့ပြီး ဖြစ်သည့် အချက်ကိုလည်း ဤဝန်ကြီးဌာနအနေဖြင့် ထပ်မံအသိပေးအပ်သည်။
ယင်းကဲ့သို့ တီမောလက်စ်တေအစိုးရ၏ အဆင်အခြင်မဲ့သော လုပ်ရပ်များမှာ နှစ်နိုင်ငံအကြားရှိ ချစ်ကြည်ရင်းနှီးသော ဆက်ဆံရေးကို ထိခိုက်စေသည်သာမက အကြမ်းဖက်အဖွဲ့အစည်း ဖြစ်သည့် NUG မှ ကျူးလွန်လျက်ရှိသည့် အကြမ်းဖက်ဆောင်ရွက်ချက်များ ပိုမို လုပ်ဆောင် စေရန် အားပေးအားမြှောက်ပြုရာလည်းရောက်လျက်ရှိသည်၊၊
သံတမန်ဆက်ဆံရေးဆိုင်ရာ ဗီယင်နာကွန်ဗင်းရှင်းနှင့် မကိုက်ညီသည့် တီမောလက်စ်တေ အစိုးရ၏ ပြောကြားချက်နှင့် လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်များအား ပြင်းထန်စွာ ကန့်ကွက်ကြောင်းကိုလည်း ဤဝန်ကြီးဌာနမှ အသိပေးလိုက်သည်၊၊

On 25 August 2023, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Myanmar issued a Diplomatic Note ordering the Charge d’ Affaires of the Embassy of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste in Yangon to leave no later than 1 September 2023.
The Ministry has observed that despite the repeated warnings and demands of the Government of Myanmar, the government of Timor-Leste has conducted engagements with terrorist group so- called the National Unity Government (NUG) which has been encouraging and committing terrorist and violence acts in Myanmar.
The Ministry recalled the fact that the Anti-Terrorism Central Committee of Myanmar has officially declared the unlawful associations – the Committee Representing Pyidaungsu Hluttaw (CRPH), the National Unity Government (NUG), People’s Defence Force (PDF) and all their subordinates – as terrorist groups by its Notification No. 2/2021 on 8 May 2021 in accord with the Anti-Terrorism Law of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
